The first Mass-Timber Multifamily project to be completed in Southern California.

Bungalows on Marathon Street is a 9-home multifamily project located in Los Angeles. The structure consists of one level of semi-subterranean parking and building systems (concrete) with three levels of light framed walls with Glulam Post and Beam combined with Cross Laminated Timber floor and roof framing.

This project is the first in SuperLA®’s Bungalow series that are setting a new standard for housing.
