How to Enroll Members on the IW-LMS

Mass Timber prerequisite training is delivered through the Ironworkers Learning Management System. Here's the four-step enrollment flow for training centers.

1

Identify Your Students

Confirm whether each student is already an LMS user. New users need to be added before they can enroll.

2

Submit New User Requests

Fill out the online new-user form for each student. Each LMS user must have a unique email — no exceptions. Allow 2–3 business days for processing.

3

Check the Mass Timber Box

On the form, select "Mass Timber Prerequisite Training" under OPTIONAL Course Enrollments. New users automatically inherit the enrollment.

4

Distribute Course Access

Once enrollment is confirmed, share the LMS course link with your students so they can complete the self-paced modules and knowledge test.

Existing LMS users? Email a list of student names and book numbers to be added to the enrollment directly. The full instructions are in the LMS Instructions document.

Knowledge Test: 70% to pass · 2 attempts allowed · contact your training center if more attempts are needed.
